After a grueling travel day, which extended into two days, with an overnight drive from Atlanta home, we have made it and are glad to be back.  We had a ton of fun, and love San Francisco.

The first two days were cold and wet, but after that we could not have asked for better weather.  The skies were blue, and the temps were mild.

We took a sail boat around alcatraz, and near the golden gate bridge.  Lincoln had a blast, and slept most of the time.  As for the sea lions at Pier 39, he was mesmorized, I could not get him to look up for the camera.  He was locked on those crazy animals!

He loves playing at the park, no matter what sort of equipment is there.  These crazy heads made for fascinating play objects.

The Golden Gate bridge was great, we walked out to the first post, and had a great view of the city.  It was brisk, but we made it around a walking trail so we had a view of the pacific ocean too.

This is the last street car that we took, back to the hotel so that we could pack up our stuff and head home.

Yerba park was fun, until someone got sleepy. Walking a mile with sleeping baby is harder than you might think. At least I had the baby carrier.

We spend about an hour playing in the front yard today.  I think Lincoln would have stayed out there all day.  Too bad he needed to take a nap!

He especially likes it when the black cap chickadees would fly to the feeder.  The birds did not even care that we were sitting under the feeder.  They would come and go, and Lincoln was so excited.

He loves the camera.

Pumpkin Patch

We had a ton of fun in the pumpkin patch.  We could hardly get Lincoln to look up from the pumpkins and the dirt.  He was really dirty, and happy.

We were suppose to be feeding the ducks, but every time we would start to throw a piece of bread Lincoln would shriek because he wanted to eat it.

I guess the ducks had enough to eat anyway, so we gave Lincoln a few bites too.

Beach!

Today we spent a few hours at the beach.  Playing in the water, making drippy sand castles, and having lunch!  Lincoln had a blast.  He loves the sand and the water!
